Financial Support for Crossroads Career Network

As a registered non-profit organization, Crossroads Career® Network operates on donations and revenue generated from membership and job postings.

How You Can Support Us

Thank you for your interest in supporting us. Currently, this can be done in two different ways:

  • Sponsor all/part of your church’s Crossroads Career Ministry membership. To ensure your sponsorship is fully tax-deductible, please donate directly to your church and designate your gift to support your church’s Crossroads Career Network ministry.
  • Make a fully deductible contribution directly to Crossroads Career Services, Inc. This will enable Crossroads Career Network to reach more churches and people.

Our Non-Profit Status

Crossroads Career Services, Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as a Public Charity under section 509 (a) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to our organization are deductible under section 170 of the Code.

Please contact us if you have further questions, or if you need a copy of the Internal Revenue Service letter regarding our organization’s tax-exempt status.

Making a Contribution

We thank you in advance for generosity and for supporting the ministry. God continues to bless and grow this ministry. This translates into more career explorers and job seekers obtaining jobs, careers, calling information – and employers and churches understanding how to help them in the process.

Fiscal and Fund-Raising Policies

  • We strive to be faithful stewards of all our resources, always seeking the most cost-effective means of achieving ministry objectives.
  • We will not start any project until the necessary funds have been received.
  • We will not operate the ministry at a deficit.
  • We are actively working to make the ministry self-funding as of 2006.
  • Financial statements are available for review. We follow the guidelines established by the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
  • We do not engage in any business practices that involve conflicts of interest with staff and board members.
  • We use contributions only to reach our stated goals. If contributions are accepted for specific purposes, we use those funds only for those purposes.
  • We first ask God to supply our needs – before and as we ask donors for financial support.
  • We believe that a donor’s giving is as important as our working. Both are acts of worship and faithfulness using the gifts God has given each of us.
  • We request that donors make support of their local churches a priority before providing support for Crossroads Career Network.
