Brian Ray
Founder and President
Headquarters Staff 
Brian led development and launch of the Crossroads Career Network from 2000-2002, and returned in January 2008 as President. He is also the founder of Primus Consulting, a retained executive search consulting firm specializing in recruiting the right people for leadership. Formerly, Brian was Vice President and Executive Committee Member of the Chick-fil-A restaurant chain, where he was responsible for Human Resources, Operator Ventures and Administration. He is the author of marketplace ministry resources: Maximizing Your Career, Real Success at Work, New Job Jump Start and The Mastery of Leadership.
Peter Bourke
Chairman, Board of Directors
Volunteer Leadership 
Peter Bourke served as volunteer President and CEO from 2004 through 2007, and is now Chairman of the board of directors. Perer brings leadership experience that includes global companies such as IBM, NYNEX (now Verizon), Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and, most recently, President of the Human Capital Consulting and Outsourcing division of Spherion, a $2 billion staffing and human capital corporation. He is currently a Principal at the Complex Sale, a sales training and consulting firm. Peter recently published his first book A Better Way to Make a Living…and a Life. He also developed “Christ-Centered Career Groups” approach, which is the model for Crossroads Career small groups.
Kristy Ray
Member Services and Operations
Headquarters Staff 
Kristy volunteered as the support services coordinator for Crossroads Career Services during most of 2004. Now as a staff member, her responsibilities include member services, website development, maintenance and content; bookkeeping, and secretary to the board of directors. Prior to working with the ministry, Kristy’s career has crossed over a variety of positions and organizations – administrative/office manager, publications/division coordinator, and executive assistant – from a university to physician recruitment consulting to residential real estate development.
MaryAnne Sirotko-Turner
Member Training, Consulting and Conferences
Headquarters Staff 
MaryAnne supports church leaders and pastors as they start, enhance and grow their career ministries. Her Crossroads Career experience includes four years as a Ministry Leader at The Church of Apostles in Atlanta, national/regional conference leader, and curriculum developer for Crossroads Career ministry materials. Her professional experience includes training, coaching and consulting in her own business, and 15+ years business development and global training leadership with corporations such as American Express and The Coca-Cola Company.
Suzanne Voigt
Member Services and Project Coordinator
Headquarters Staff 
Suzanne held two internships with educational instituions that enabled her to counsel college and high school students. She concentrated her efforts on occupational assessments and vocation and career planning, as well as providing resume and cover letter critiques. Suzanne will draw upon her experience in career counseling to help coordinate the development of “Maximize Your Career” workbook, course and resources for high school and college students to find jobs, careers, calling. She will also help Crossroads Career improve its programs and materials to effectively meet the needs of member churches, ministries, schools, coaches and counselors.
