To be a thriving, Christ-centered community that helps everyone
find jobs, careers and God’s calling

Most of the 150 million people in and around our American workforce are unemployed, misemployed or happily employed but without purpose and meaning.

Since the year 2000 hundreds of our volunteers have experienced the needs and opportunities of ministering to thousands of people at crossroads in their careers.

Given the current turbulent times, we are being called to renew our vision “to be a thriving, Christ-centered community that helps everyone find jobs, careers and God’s calling.”

• By thriving, we mean effective and continuously growing.
• Members of our community are drawn together by the common unity of our mission.
• Our mission is to help everyone find jobs, careers and God’s calling.
• Members of our community will expand to include:

• Churches, ministries and missions
• Schools, colleges and universities
• Coaches, counselors and consultants

To help everyone means all ages, stages, ethnicities and faiths everywhere.

For such a time as this, the shadow of the cross of Christ is being laid across the paths of millions of people as they struggle to find and be successful in their jobs and careers. The need and opportunity is to help them hear and follow God’s calling – which is the only way they can maximize their careers.

Together we can enlighten the eyes of our hearts and the hearts of millions of others to explore and discover that “we are God’s workmanship, created for good works, which He prepared beforehand that we walk in them.”
