Brian Ray
Founder and President,
Crossroads Career® Network
Most of Brian's career has involved helping people through
decisive moments in their careers. Brian is the Founding Director
of Crossroads Career® Network. He is also the founder of
Primus® Consulting, a retained executive search firm specializing
in recruiting the right people for leadership. Formerly, Brian
was Vice President and Executive Committee Member of Chick-fil-A®
restaurant chain, responsible for Human Resources, Operator
Ventures and Administration; Staffing Advisor and Leadership
Trainer for former U.S. Senator Paul Coverdell; creator of "The
Mastery of Leadership" personal leadership dynamics training
audio album and workbook for Fellowship of Companies for Christ
International. Brian is a guest radio commentator and career
expert for "Money Matters" and "Truth Talk Live" radio programs.
Peter Bourke
Chairman, Board of Directors,
Crossroads Career® Services, Inc.
Peter Bourke was elected volunteer President and CEO of Crossroads
Career® Services, Inc. by its board of directors in June,
2004. Peter brings leadership experience that includes a role
as President of a $350 million recruiting, outplacement and
outsourcing business. He also brings a heart for helping people
in their careers, as a volunteer and donor for Crossroads, and
as an author and speaker on the subject. He also developed his
own "Christ-Centered Career Groups" approach, which is the model
for Crossroads small groups.

Kristy Ray
Support Services Coordinator
Crossroads Career® Services, Inc.
Kristy volunteered as the support services coordinator for
Crossroads Career® Services during most of 2004. Now as
a staff member, her responsibilities include day-to-day ministry
operations as well as support services coordinator to churches
and secretary to the Board of Directors. Prior to working with
the ministry, Kristy's career has crossed over a variety of
positions and organizations - administrative/office manager,
publications/division coordinator, and executive assistant -
from a university to physician recruitment consulting to residential
real estate development.
