Financial Support for Crossroads Career^® Network

There are two ways you can support Crossroads Career® Network:

• Sponsor all or part of your church's Crossroads Career® Ministry membership. To ensure your sponsorship is fully tax-deductible, please donate directly to your church, designating your gift to support the church's Crossroads Career® Ministry.
  
  
• Help Crossroads Career® Network reach more churches and people, by making a fully tax-deductible contribution directly to Crossroads Career® Services below.

Non-Profit Status

Crossroads Career Services, Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as a Public Charity under section 509 (a) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to our organization are deductible under section 170 of the Code.

Fiscal and Fund-Raising Policies

• We strive to be faithful stewards of all our resources, always seeking the most cost-effective means of achieving ministry objectives.
  
• We will not start any project until the necessary funds have been received.
  
• We will not operate the ministry at a deficit.
  
• We are actively working to make the ministry self-funding as of 2006.
  
• Financial statements are available for review. We follow the guidelines established by the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
  
• We do not engage in any business practices that involve conflicts of interest with staff and board members.
  
• We use contributions only to reach our stated goals. If contributions are accepted for specific purposes, we use those funds only for those purposes.
  
• We first ask God to supply our needs - before and as we ask donors for financial support.
  
• We believe that a donor's giving is as important as our working. Both are acts of worship and faithfulness using the gifts God has given each of us.
  
• We request that donors make support of their local churches a priority before providing support for Crossroads Career® Network.
