To help expand your recruiting reach as well as provide a service to your community, you can help your church start or enhance a volunteer-led career ministry by offering to pay the annual Crossroads Career church membership registration - which includes everything needed for church volunteer to help career explorers.

First, tell your pastor about Crossroads.

First, tell your pastor the need for joining the Crossroads Career^® Network. You can mention the opportunity to other church leaders as your pastor directs. Prayerfully search for the right person to start and lead the ministry. Often it is a person who has experience in human resources, recruiting, career counseling or management.

To ensure your sponsorship is fully tax-deductible, please donate directly to your church, designating your gift to support the church's Crossroads Career® Ministry, and then follow-up to confirm registration.
