Brian Ray is founder of the Crossroads Career Network. Formerly, he was VP for Human Resources and Administration for the Chick-fil-A restaurants chain. Brian also owns Primus Consulting, an executive leadership search and consulting firm.

Brian is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with BA in Journalism and the University of Illinois with MS in Communications. Brian and his wife, Kristy, reside in Charlotte, North Carolina and are members of Transformation Church.
