Crossroads Career® Services is a small ministry organization with big aspirations! We want to reach hundreds of churches and tens of thousands of Career Explorers with this resource. To do that, we need to support as many churches as possible with a very small staff - this helps us keep the annual membership cost low. It means we're not able to provide 1-on-1 phone support, but there are several ways for you to get help and support:

  1. Frequently Asked Questions. This resource is available all the time, and we continue to update the list of frequently asked questions to reflect what our members are experiencing. Please try here first.


  2. Contact Us. We are able to respond quickly (within one business day) to requests and issues that come to us through email. This vehicle also helps us keep track of your questions so we can turn them into Frequently Asked Questions.
