With an estimated 11.8 million veterans in the 2010 workforce and more to be added from Iraq, now is the time to make sure that you gain access to valuable career resources. Your military skills are invaluable to the workforce and can help grow our economy.

Putting Our Vets Back to Work

At Crossroads Career Network, we are dedicated to help you and your families find jobs that utilize your unique God-given skills and talents. We leverage our expertise in career transition to help you maximize your job search efforts.

All military personnel scheduled for discharge are offered our 6-step, 80-page Maximize Your Career workbook via its Transition program to help vets find jobs, careers, calling. We are also being considered to participate in all military job fairs.

Employers: Benefits of Hiring a Veteran

In addition to gaining access to a veteran’s unique military skills that are an invaluable asset to your workforce, you’ll gain a dedicated employee. The U.S. Department of Labor also offers some incentives and tax breaks for employers.

  • American Jobs Act: Offers new incentives for employers to hire veterans.
  • Returning Heros Tax Credit: Employers receive $5,600 credit for hiring a veteran, and up to $9600 for hiring a disabled veteran.
