Putting Our Vets Back to Work

At Crossroads Career Network, we are dedicated to help you and your families find jobs that utilize your unique God-given skills and talents. We leverage our expertise in career transition to help you maximize your job search efforts.

All military personnel scheduled for discharge are offered our 6-step, 80-page Maximize Your Career workbook via its Transition program to help vets find jobs, careers, calling. We are also being considered to participate in all military job fairs.

Employers: Benefits of Hiring a Veteran

In addition to gaining access to a veteran’s unique military skills that are an invaluable asset to your workforce, you’ll gain a dedicated employee. The U.S. Department of Labor also offers some incentives and tax breaks for employers.

  • American Jobs Act: Offers new incentives for employers to hire veterans.
  • Returning Heros Tax Credit: Employers receive $5,600 credit for hiring a veteran, and up to $9600 for hiring a disabled veteran.
