PRAYER REQUEST: I ask for Gods continued grace upon our family as I search to find employment. I ask that our prayers will be answered sooner than later as we begin to struggle financially as our resources have since vanished. Please Lord!

PRAYER REQUEST: For the past 21 months I have only worked 8 months and part time, my unemployment is over and I have been applying everywhere, please help me to pray so that I cand find a job soon because is very difficult
PRAYER: Lord, in your unending faithfulness, I pray that you would guide Hortencia towards the next opportunity that you have for her. Help her to be patient and alert as she waits on you for your perfect timing.

PRAISE REPORT: With great joy we announce that Brian has accepted a position. There are so many reasons why this should not have happened; you are one of the reasons why it should. God has opened doors and we are humbled by his grace.

PRAYER REQUEST: Pray that my daughter gets the job that she has applied for ,she has been out of work since Aug 3,2011 when she had a bad car accident. She just needs help seems like she has a black cloud following her.

PRAISE REPORT: I read this morning in my devotion from Proverbs 8 that Wisdom is calling out to all of us who are seeking jobs, and more importantly, our life’s purpose. “At the crossroads she [wisdom] takes her stand.” Be encouraged!
PRAISE: Lord we give you praise for everything! Thank you for the air in our lungs and providing for our basic needs. Thank you for blessing us with unique gifts and talents to honor you. May we honor you with our talents and time.

PRAYER REQUEST: I was unexpectedly terminated on 12/30. Cold, calculated & to the point-no reason. I was stunded. I feel betrayed. Please pray that I will see God’s hand in all this termoil & trust Him when I don’t understand. Need job soon!

PRAYER REQUEST: Please pray that I overcome my fear of work which includes a fear of failure, anxiety in having to deal with co-workers and resentment for the feeling.
PRAYER: Father, remind Holly that you have not given her a spirit of fear, but of a sound mind (2 Tim 1:7), and that You will never leave her nor forsake her (Deut 31:8). Help her to stay focused on you and you alone. Thank you Lord.

PRAYER REQUEST: After serving in ministry as a pastor for 27 years I took a sabbatical to attend seminary for 3 years. I have just completed my Master of Divinity and need employment. I have started a mission church but need income.
PRAYER: Father, I pray that you will bless Aaron as he seeks to know Uou more and be about Your work. I pray that You will give him the income that he needs.
PRAYER REQUEST: I an 57 years old–unemployed since Oct 2010. I have Irritable bowel syndrome for 34 years-since 1977. NY rejected disability. My FICO score is 450. I feel a lot of Corps. refuse to hire me due to that. Please pray for me

PRAYER REQUEST: I pray the Lord will lead my career change from teaching to fashion merchandising, writing children’s books or motivational speaking. I have been working on a Christian play but I don’t feel God’s presence to complete it.
PRAYER: Father, I pray that You will lead Nichole to the career that You have designed for her. I pray that she will experience Your presence and be faithful to deliver the message that You have given to her.
PRAYER REQUEST: Please pray that God will open the door for me a new job opportunity. Also, pray that I will get over the discouragement I’m going through. It just seems that there are no real opportunties out there. Please God hear my cry.

I keep holding on to the hope that some miracle will occur to pull me out of my desperate situation. God has gifted me with a heart for baking and cooking (which I could do 24 hours a day) but I don’t know how to use that to help our family & glorify God. When I pray, I keep hearing a voice telling me to open a bakery/coffee shop but I know that is impossible because we would never have the resources to finance such a business venture. Please pray for me. I am trying to procure a better-paying job in order to help with bills. I’ve been through a divorce in recent years (final in 2006) and was receiving child/spousal support, but my ex-husband, David, passed away very unexpectedly just this past November, 2010 and I don’t receive that now. He was only 45.
I work at home for a medical transcription company, but the pay is not good as they’ve switched to voice recognition software and pay us less for editing than straight typing (most of the work is editing and is pay only 60% of what typing is).
I truly need a better opportunity as I only made about $17,500 last year. I had an interview with a doctor’s office in Springboro today, so hopefully they will consider me. I also am looking into a phlebotomy training program, but only so many are accepted.
I have lots of clerical skills including Powerpoint work, creating forms, digital images, typing letters, and do a newsletter for the apartment complex I live at for a concession on rent.
I want to do what our Lord wishes, so please pray something a bit more generous presents itself. We’re living off money my daughter’s dad left to her, but that won’t last forever.

PRAYER REQUEST: Please lift me and my family in prayer. We are going through the toughest time ever for us – although I am so grateful that we have not lost all – yet, and if we do, I know it is His will and I will continue to Praise and Worship my Lord and Savior forever, and ever. I’m an attorney, but was so discouraged about the court system and injustice, plus I needed to make more money to keep my boys in private school as our school district is bad. I took a job with the government, but not as a lawyer, and have been treated so badly, and hostile since the day I got here 1 1/2 years ago. Right after starting, first one son and then the other was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and while we are so blessed that they are alive, they can no longer do the one thing they both loved – play basketball. We thought basketball would pay for college, but no more. Every old and bad debt I ever had re-surfaced and I had to pay them off or be sued; this job told me I would be promoted within the first year which I counted on in order to keep my boys in school – they lied, there will be no promotion. My house is now in foreclosure and I get no where when trying to talk to a different person each time I call and am given a different answer. Now my job tells me that if I file bankruptcy, (which spiritually I know I cannot), or am actually foreclosed on – I will lose my job – which precipated a lot of this by not giving me the promotion. I’ve been lied on, lied to and talked about, and if God doesn’t fix this – it’s just not going to happen. I stay prayerful, and worship and love my God. I have applications in – in another state, which had all this not happen, I would not have the nerve to attempt, but in the natural I’m afraid my past and current employer will not give me a favorable report. I know – all I need is God’s grace and favor. Please keep me and my boys in prayer.

PRAYER REQUEST: Please pray for me. I am a volunteer for our employment ministry at my church. My last job was as a career counselor for older workers, and I lost my job about 9 months ago. I have committed to continue to serve in our employment ministry in my church despite my job loss. Lately, I struggle with how to encourage our jobseekers as I sometimes deal with my own insecurities about the economy, and my chances to find work as an older person.

I was asked to be completely honest about employment history and criminal background. I made some minor mistakes (in my eyes)in the past that caused termination of employment and some that were unfair, but I didn’t have any control over the matters due to probation periods and now my records are permanently scarred. I really want this job, it has everything I prayed for and I am extremely nervous about passing the investigation. I have learned from my past mistakes and am in dire need of prayer, because I know God didn’t bring me this far for nothing!

His self confidence has been shaken by that original job loss. He can’t seem to get past it. He is bitter, and doesn’t understand why he had worked so hard for nothing. Financially we haven’t been able to get back on our feet. We have lost our home our car our church family. At times we can’t even pay our basic necessities. The strain on our marriage and our kids has been horrible. The worst part of everything has been the loneliness. We feel like we are in this battle alone, worse then that my husband feels all alone. After 18 years as an aerospace tech at the Kennedy Space Center I have been layed off.
I have been working part time as a worship leader for the past 10 years. I have often felt the call to full time ministry. My prayer request is whether now is the time for the move to full time ministry or do I look for work more related to my past experience. I am truly at the crossroads.

PRAYER REQUEST: Recently I have felt like I am being called to go into the education field. I am unclear if it should be college, high school, middle school or something else. I also would like to start my own business. I do not know if these goals are comparable or not. Some of the fears I have are change in my financial situation and overall success with either or both of these paths.
PRAYER REQUEST: Please pray for my husband to find a job. He was let go from his job after 21 years. He seems to get so close to another job and then it ends up not happening. Please pray that God has a different path for us right now and that he will find a good job soon. Thank you.
PRAYER REQUEST: Please pray for me. I have been out of work for two years now and no one will hire me as an assistant. I worked so hard the last job still I was fired because of workplace bullying. I feel that was done to me was an attack and I need help with prayers from others who understand my desperate situation. I know that i’m not alone. I still need prayers because the things said and done were so hurtful and has done damage to my reputation that I didn’t deserve. Please pray for me that the doors to gainful employment will open for me this time without a bully in the workplace to undermine me, degrade me and treat me anything other than the child of God that I am. PRAISE REPORT: I praise God that he sent me to this church with wonderful supportive people. I am finally starting to heal from my pain and anger and feeling of unworthiness. I think that God knew that this support group is exactly what I needed and that I could give back the support that others have shown me. It feels so good to know that I am going to be just fine and the worry of finding a job is not worth it. It’s nice to let go, and let God. I don’t have a job yet, but I know I soon will with the right attitude and perseverance that God has given me. I am truly blessed.

PRAYER REQUEST: I am a single parent struggling to take care of my two daughters on my own. I lost my job about a week and a half ago and have nothing in savings. Their biological father hasn’t paid any child support in years. I don’t know how I will pay my rent next month, and have had a few job interviews but no luck yet. I am also trying to sell my minivan to get a used car due to high gas prices and the need of extra cash but no serious inquiries. Please pray for my family. I need a job and and my family is in need of some kind of financial blessings.
I have been praying, but I know when more people pray it works better. I know God is listening, but I am starting to worry.

PRAYER REQUEST: I have recently been released from a job after only 6 months. My unemployment has been denied. I ask prayer for strength and direction and for God to lead me to the position or career where I can do the most good to help someone else and where my needs will be met mentally, emotionally, professionally and financially soon and very soon. I have been out of work for 2 1/2 years and am 3 months behind on mortgage and 2 other bills. Go to food co-ops for basics, but am looking for cat food and help with their shots. Have to make my gas last at least 2 weeks, so I watch my errands carely.
PRAYER REQUEST: I have been a business owner for 15 yrs and primarily did the bookkeeping & now in a position looking for a job is quite overwhelming. I’m finding it’s like having a full-time job just looking for a job and a whole new world of techniques used now to find jobs. I had a telephone interview today for an independent contractor in sales. It went well & next step will be 2 online tests. This would be a whole new world for me. I do have sales experience but never worked on straight commission. After being a business owner for so many years, what appeals to me is the flexible hours & unlimited earning potential vs going back to 8-5 job. I’m considering accepting position and if it is not a good fit I guess I could continue my job search simultaneously. Please pray that God’s wisdom will prevail in leading me where He wants me to be. I believe that is what He wants to teach me during this period is that He is all I need vs. all the crutches I’ve been leaning on for so many years!

1. Current career leading: I lost job as a Supply Chain Specialist in 2010 and need a job which is prepared by God. Now I’m in Operations and Supply Chain Management. I have strengths such as multi-tasking effieciently, constraint management, just-in-time planning, process improvement, and so on.
