Who We Are

Crossroads Career® Network helps people find jobs, careers and God's calling. It is a national membership of church and community organizations, schools and colleges, and professional affiliates in coaching, counseling and consulting. We provide faith-based career and job search online resources combined with on-the-ground, one-on-one help. 


Crossroads Career® Services, Inc. equips and serves network members with continuously updated online career, ministry and employer resources. A national service team also provides phone and email help desk services and ministry coaching. Regional conferences offer training and best practices. Crossroads Career® Services, Inc. was incorporated in 1987 in Georgia. It is a non-profit public charity 501 (c) (3) organization. After more than 10 years of volunteer ministering in the marketplace, primarily through churches, we set out in 2000 to develop and launch Crossroads Career® Network. In 2012, we joined forces with NeedsMet Technology to step up our resources and expand our ministry. Our servant leadership team is currently based out of Charlotte, NC and Spokane, WA.

Our Team

Brian Ray, Founder

Volunteer Chairman, Board of Directors 


Brian led development and launch of the Crossroads Career Network from 2000-2002 and served as Volunteer CEO from 2008–2012. He is now Volunteer Chairman of the board of directors. Brian is also the founder of Primus Consulting, a retained executive search consulting firm focused on organizations having the right leaders in the right roles. Formerly, Brian was Vice President and Executive Committee Member of the Chick-fil-A restaurant chain, where he was responsible for Human Resources, Operator Ventures and Administration. He is the author of marketplace ministry resources: Maximizing Your Career, Real Success at Work, New Job Jump Start and The Mastery of Leadership.

Cory Santiago

Member Services Director


Cory Santiago joined the Crossroads Career network in October 2012 as the Member Services Director.  Prior to Crossroads Career Cory was in manufacturing then purchasing and then spent the last six years in sales and support.  Cory is excited to use the skills and abilities he's obtained over the last 15 years in this new role and calling, supporting and empowering the church while serving the members of Crossroads Career.  Cory is married to his lovely wife Heidi and has 5 children, with two still at home.  They are active in the Arts and entertainment.  He is typically on the go, supporting his family at auditions, rehearsals and performances.

Judy Lawrence

Operations/Finance Director


Judy joined Crossroads Career Services, Inc., in 2010 to handle the financial aspect of the ministry.  As the ministry has grown, so has Judy’s role, which is now the Operations/Finance Director.  She is a native of Alabama with a degree from Auburn University.  Judy has held multiple positions in the financial community ranging from management at the Federal Reserve Bank to financial operations with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, but her heart lies in her work with nonprofits and faith-based organizations.  She enjoys working through the unique structure of nonprofit finances and working with people who are passionate about being the ‘hands and feet’ of Jesus serving their communities.
